Main equipment after-sales service commitment and warranty provisions
(1) Technical service commitment

4. Responsible for the quality of the equipment, drawings and documents provided.
(2) After-sales service commitment
1. Before the first batch of equipment goods arrive at the site, our company will send relevant technical personnel to the site to assist in checking the goods.
2, During the installation and commissioning of the project, the selection of structural, mechanical, electronic control and other engineers to supervise, guide, test, commissioning and trial operation of the goods closely follow up services.
3, the implementation of equipment within a year "three guarantees", lifelong service. During the warranty period, due to the equipment failure caused by our company's manufacturing reasons, our company immediately free warranty, replacement, adjustment; Due to the loss and normal wear caused by the improper use of the buyer, our company is responsible for providing spare parts and services, the cost of spare parts shall be borne by the buyer, and the service cost shall be borne by our company. Our company adhering to the urgent principle of urgent customers, no matter what the reason for any failure, first solve the problem, restore normal production, and then analyze the cause of the problem.
4, our company has offices in major cities all over the country, the office long-term sales service personnel stationed, to ensure that customers have service needs to arrive at the scene within 4 hours, minor faults solved on the spot, major faults solved within 24 hours.
5, our company has the usual spare parts required for equipment operation all the year round to meet the needs of operation. Normal parts supply cycle is 3-5 days, emergency parts 24 hours delivery.
6, establish user files, and regularly track the use of equipment four to six times a year.
(3) one to one special service, the construction site set up a spare parts library
1. When the equipment fails, arrive at the site within 24 hours after receiving the notice to carry out technical services and help solve the problem (except for overhaul).
(4) Technical and management training
1. Provide on-site training.

3. Provide technical consultation free of charge for other technical problems outside this contract.
4. Training commitment
Before the equipment is put into formal operation, the buyer shall train the operation and maintenance management personnel who can meet the two shifts of operation, and provide the corresponding training materials free of charge.
Training Program: (a combination of theoretical and practical training)
Training content:
1) Conduct comprehensive training on production line safety knowledge.
2) Understand the mechatronics working principle of the production line.
3) Familiar with production line structure, process, working conditions and functional characteristics of the main components.
4) Familiar with mixer and other host mechanism, structural characteristics, use and maintenance technical knowledge.
5) Master the basic principles, operation, maintenance and common problems of the microcomputer control system.
6) Skilled operation of this system (that is, microcomputer automatic production line)
7) Familiar with the maintenance methods and maintenance cycles of each part of the production line.
(5) Warranty Provisions (Warranty)
Warranty period of the whole station: 12 months after the acceptance of the equipment or 18 months after the delivery of all the goods to the site, whichever comes first.
The warranty period of the equipment implementation of "three guarantees", lifelong service.
