On the morning of May 8th at 9:08 am, the commercial concrete production line with an annual output of 600000m³ of Hunan Second Construction Economic Investment Company was successfully put into operation, marking an important step in the company's transformation and upgrading. The Hunan Second Construction Economic Investment Commercial Concrete Production Line is located in the Loudi Economic Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 11000 square meters with a total investment of about 30 million yuan. The annual output of concrete is 600000 cubic meters, and the expected annual output value is 260 million yuan. The mixing plant has two new top mounted two in one environmentally friendly HZS180 production lines that meet the domestic first-class standards, as well as a large fully enclosed sand and gravel yard. The layout of the station is scientific,the functional zoning is reasonable and the equipment operation is energy-saving and efficient. The dust emissions of the production line meet the national emission standards. At the same time, it is equipped with a sand and gravel separation sewage recycling system, a low-pressure and high-efficiency cement loading system,and a comprehensive spray dust reduction system for the material yard and factory area. The company adheres to the basic principles of intelligent manufacturing innovation, comprehensive implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction, dust prevention and noise reduction in the construction industry, and is committed to building the mixing plant into a benchmark for green and environmentally friendly mixing plants in Hunan Province.
