What do you need to check before using a mixing plant?

1. Check the storage system

Check the sand and stone storage hopper and any bucket for damage, if any, remove debris, should check the water in the storage tank for leakage, water supply strip and pump operation, as well as the water pump for a long time without water, the same is true of the admixture tank.

2. Check the tank

Check the oil level of the tank of the mixing plant and the level of the crankcase of the air compressor, and add the compressor oil when the pressure is insufficient.

3. Check the conveyor system

Check that the belt conveyor belt is not aligned and adjust the deflected belt. Check the steering of the belt conveyor, whether the sound is normal, and whether the motor housing is damaged.

Check that the screw conveyor is turning correctly. What needs to be checked? Motor sound is normal, motor shell is there debris. Check the tightness of the V-belt. If it is too loose, adjust it correctly.
